And ones that I like that we didn't discuss at full length...

Also something about Southampton at -140 that seems appealing, as they dominated their opponent in round one of this competition... Southampton still has the talent of a Premiership-calibur team and even a team's set of reserves are better than teams like Mansfield Town struggling in League 2

Don't do this often, but I'll play a square parlay that one team will probably screw up... just for fun...

Aston Villa are in trouble. They are down 3-1 to Wycombe after 40 minutes.

Wycombe are 3 divisions lower in League 2. WOW.

Villa goes down 3-1 and it's not even halftime.... guess we found our "what the fuck" upset... 3 wins in 9 games in League 2 and these bastards from Wycombe are going to beat Aston Villa with a ton of stars in the lineup... MILAN BAROS..... Talk about a dude that misses Djbrel Cisse...

Yes, once again, we see why I'm not a soccer handicapper... Villa sucks... Talk about a team that went from playing in Europe 2 years ago to THIS... Last year's match with Burnley I guess wasn't a fluke... but you know how this works... they'll score again in the 70th minute or so to make it 3-2 and then get held off by hitting the post like 50 times in the last 20 minutes.

No it's not... they're 7-1 right now at Bet365 and should probably be 15-1 at least... 3 goals in 45 minutes is a ton...

5-2 Wycombe seems more imaginable from where I'm sitting unless Baros has memories from his final game at Liverpool... but his supporting cast isn't nearly as good and he's not playing in front of a mostly pro-Liverpool crowd... of course he's not playing against AC Milan either...

I am listening to the game live on the internet. I just can't imagine Wycombe keeping up with this level of play. Hendrie and others are on the bench for Villa and they will probably see action in the 2nd half.

If Wycombe can score 3 in 45 minutes, then Villa CERTAINLY can.

Charlton just tied it up 1-1. Hartlepool cannot win this match.

Charlton is outplaying Hartlepool by quite a bit. Hartlepool's only shot resulted in the goal.

At the 60th minute mark, there are some worries for me at this point... Surprisingly, Tottenham, Wigan, and Sunderland are all being held, with Charlton at 1-1 at the half. Southampton's kiddies are still at 0-0 as well at Mansfield... but for the fun of the game, Gillingham/Portsmouth has been a solid back and forth 2-2 match.

Some jackass on the Aston Villa board on bbc's site said that the Villians were awfully close to level a couple minutes ago...

Wowsers... As Aston Villa fans are just sitting there saying that the Villans had Wycombe right where they wanted them the whole time.

Whatever O'Leary said at the intermission must've been something... and whomever those subs were that came on for Villa are certainly going to be starting the next Premiership match with this sort of offense... 3 goals in a half against anyone is impressive, especially on the road... but class is showing here...

Just hope a bullshit one doesn't hit the back of the net for Wycombe, but I took the 6-1 as offered by Bet365 to cover myself... don't trust these guys...
